Our honey is raw, local wildflower honey — unfiltered and bottled fresh each season from our privately managed apiary in Fort Worth. It's mildly flavored and intensely aromatic, with flavor notes that vary slightly from year to year. Raw, unfiltered honey is highly prized for its raw enzymes, pollen, and propolis.
