Our Honey is raw local wildflower honey. It is harvested each season from our privately managed apiary in Fort Worth. This honey is mildly flavored and intensely aromatic. The flavors vary slightly year after year. Raw, unfiltered honey is highly prized for its raw enzymes, pollen, and propolis.
