Cut Comb Honey

Each 4"x4" piece of cut comb honey is absolutely the best part of the bees' work all spring. There is nothing more satisfying than sinking your fork into a real piece of comb honey and enjoying the goodness inside. Each piece of comb is approximately 4 inches square.

Our Honey is raw local wildflower honey. It is harvested each season from our privately managed apiaries around Fort Worth. This honey is mildly flavored and intensely aromatic. The flavors vary slightly year after year.  Raw, unfiltered honey is highly prized for its raw enzymes, pollen, and propolis.
